Mansour Radmand

Mansour Radmand,

President & CEO

Mansour Radmand is President and Chief Executive Officer of Teletronics Technology Corporation. Mr. Radmand co-founded TTC in 1998 and has been instrumental in leading the company to become one of the world's most respected suppliers of flight test instrumentation and networked data acquisition products and systems. Mr. Radmand has been in the communications, systems integration and engineering business since 1973. He has over 25 years of management experience and over 20 years of analog and digital design experience. He has held positions of Vice President, Program Manager, Engineering Manager and R&D Engineer for a major aerospace company. His engineering accomplishments include the design of first-generation programmable data systems and several advanced encoding algorithms for transmission of voice and data over digital low speed data trunks. Radmand holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering.

Albert Berdugo,

Executive Vice President and Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

Mr. Berdugo is Executive Vice President and Chief Technology Officer at Teletronics Technology Corporation. He has 28 years of experience in systems engineering and high-speed digital design. For the last 20 years, Albert has worked as the engineering lead for the design and development of a vast number of industrial and military products and systems. He has extensive experience in the following areas:

  • Lead architect of Airborne Data Acquisition and Recording Systems
  • Supervision of engineering staff
  • Training and support
  • High-speed data system design
  • Digital and analog circuit design; component and system level
  • Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC) and Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) designs

Albert is a graduate of Drexel University with an MS degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering and earned a BSEE degree from Fairleigh Dickinson University.

Steven Pellarin,

Vice President of Systems Engineering

Mr. Pellarin holds a BSEE degree from Drexel University and has 28 years of experience in engineering management and circuit design. He is responsible for developing and managing the design process at Teletronics and for overseeing the analog design department. His design expertise includes signal conditioning, system engineering, system electrical and mechanical design, system integration and support. Steve has been responsible for the qualification and certification testing of prototype systems, including on-site support during installation and integration.

John Fallows,

Chief Operations Officer

Mr. Fallows has 34 years of experience with project management, mechanical design, operations management and manufacturing. He specializes in the areas of miniaturized packaging and “high-shock” packaging for harsh environments including ballistic applications. John spent 8 years in the wafer fabrication industry before managing a large microelectronic production facility in England, after which he moved into the airborne telemetry industry.

Peter Serdaru,

Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Serdaru has a background in financial management, sales,marketing, product line management and design. He has eight years of experience as a finance executive and is responsible for all financial aspects of the company. His responsibilities include all reporting requirements, strategic analysis, debt financing, accounting, purchasing, benefits establishment, information systems, and planning. Mr. Serdaru has 22 years of experience in the design, packaging, integration, and manufacture of high performance signal conditioning products for analog and digital applications. Pete holds an MBA in FInance and Economics and a BSEE from Drexel University, along with graduate work in engineering at the University of Pennsylvania.

Robert Stevens,

Director of Digital Software Design

Mr. Stevens has worked in the electronic systems industry for 23 years. He has developed and maintained application software and firmware that is used in major product segments of a large aerospace company. In this capacity he has managed the efforts of several software/firmware engineers with responsibility for meeting the schedule and technical requirements of end users. His duties include all aspects of software development including design and planning, documentation, training, installation, and product modernization. Mr. Stevens also maintains the Teletronics internal computer network and acts as the company administrator for electronic communication. Bob has worked as project engineer for several critical government programs and has experience in analog and digital product design including high-speed data acquisition systems, signal conditioners and recorders. Bob earned a BSEE degree from Drexel University.

Jake Gublo,

Director of Test, Integration & Support

Mr. Gublo has 23 years experience in the electronic systems industry. He has been employed as the lead field service engineer and has served as project manager on selected highly-critical programs throughout the world. Responsibilities have included system installation and integration, customer training, troubleshooting and application/problem assistance in schedule-critical situations. Mr. Gublo has also managed the test engineering department at several major aerospace firms for 16 years. He directed a group of software/firmware engineers and technicians and was responsible for providing support for high-volume development and production test for a variety of high-technology equipment. Jake holds a BSEET degree from the Ohio Institute of Technology.

John Roach,

Vice President, Network Products Division

Mr. Roach has 19 years of experience in embedded software development, system design, video codecs and digital networks. John founded and directed a commercial software company for nine years, has worked for several large telecom and networking companies and has experience in the following areas:

  • Embedded Linux/vxWorks development
  • Image and vision algorithm development
  • VoIP and VoATM product development
  • System Architect, Project Manager, Team Leader
  • Video conferencing and collaboration over the Internet
  • Artificial intelligence and machine learning

John holds an MS degree in Computer Science, a BS in Physics with three additional years of post-graduate work.

Farhad Daghigh

Farhad Daghigh,

Vice President, Business Development

Mr. Daghigh joined TTC in April of 2011 as the Vice President of Business Development. Mr. Daghigh has over 27 years of experience in Microelectronics, Telemetry and Avionics in various capacities including Design Engineering, Application Engineering, Project Engineering, Program Management, Sales, Marketing and Business Development. Mr. Daghigh was the Vice President of Military Business Development for a major Aerospace company in Pennsylvania prior to joining TTC. He has held key positions with several major Aerospace companies including, Orbital Sciences Corporation, L-3 Communications and Smiths Aerospace. Mr. Daghigh holds Executive Management Certificates from The University of North Carolina, Keenan-Flagler Business School and a BSEET from College of New Jersey.

Kelly McCall,

Executive Assistant to the President & CEO

Ms. McCall, Executive Assistant to the President and CEO, has nine years of experience in executive management and human resources. She is responsible for managing the Human Resources department, the administrative and art staff, public relations and the Web site at Teletronics. Ms. McCall also plans and directs company activities and the quarterly newsletter. Kelly graduated from University of Pittsburgh with a BA degree in Communication.

Susan Lupo,

Contracts Manager

Ms. Lupo joined TTC in July 2013 as the Contracts Manager. Susan has over 25 years progressive experience in negotiating and administering contracts, both domestically and internationally. She possesses knowledge in Export/Import Compliance , International Traffic In Arms Regulations (ITAR) & Export Administration Regulations (EAR) , Government Property Compliance, Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) as well as the National Industrial Security Program (NISPOM). Here at TTC Susan manages the Contracts department and is responsible for contract negotiations and all aspects of contract administration activities including Export Compliance. Ms. Lupo was the Contracts Manager/Facility Security Officer and Export Analyst for a major defense contractor in Maryland prior to joining TTC. She has held key positions with several major defense contractors including DRS Technologies and United Technologies. Susan graduated Magna Cum Laude from Gwynedd Mercy University with a BA degree in Business Management/Administration.
