Summary:
The Test Engineer III is responsible for the introduction of newly developed products into full production. This involves working with product design engineering to review design verification test plans, develop Acceptance Test Procedures, develop automated Test Software, design and coordinate the procurement of test equipment and cables and train production technicians in the use of each procedure. Test Engineers also support production line flowing. The Test Engineer must be capable of multitasking and efficiently utilizing Test Technicians to assist workflow.

This Test Technician would also be responsible for writing system-level Acceptance Test Procedures for a wide variety of hardware configurations. Also it is the responsibility of this Test Technician to be the primary support to production test for day-to-day testing issues that arise for the product area of responsibility. Other duties include, testing and troubleshooting circuit board assemblies and systems, coordinating the repair of boards, modules, and/or systems with the assembly department and handling various engineering documentation change tasks.
