Teletronics Technology Corporation to Provide Networked Data Acquisition System forBombardier C-Series Aircraft

Newtown, Pennsylvania -August 08, 2011 - Bombardier Aerospace of Quebec, Canada has selected Teletronics Technology Corporation (TTC) as a supplier for networked data acquisition equipment to support the flight test program for the C-Series* aircraft. The system will include signal conditioning, digital, analog and network-based data acquisition equipment as well as ground-based receivers and software that will be used in validating the performance of the CS100* and CS300* aircraft

TTC's superior Commercial Off-the-Shelf (COTS) and network-based acquisition expertise werekey factors that contributed to its selection.

With a range of 2,950 nautical miles, the C-Series* commercial airliners are Bombardier√≠s allnew,single-aisle family of aircraft, designed for the 100- to 149-seat market segment. The CSeries*aircraft, which will feature advanced lightweight materials in their airframes and thenewly designed Pratt and Whitney PurePower® PW1000G ducted fan engine will operate withless noise and offer 20% fuel burn advantage as well as 15% cash operating cost advantage.
