Teletronics Technology Corporation partners with The Four Star Group

[June 24, 2008] - Teletronics Technology Corporation (TTC), headquartered in Newtown, PA near Philadelphia, was founded in 1998 by a group of managers, engineers and technologists experienced in aeronautical electronics. TTC has grown to become a leading supplier of engineering, system integration and high technology products for all branches of the U.S. Military as well as select domestic and international commercial customers. Their primary expertise has been in the field of flight test data acquisition, recording, telemetry and data analysis. TTC further expanded its capabilities through the acquisition of RF Networks, Inc, Phoenix, AZ in 2007.

TTC is the premier global supplier of data acquisition systems and has previously supplied products and services to military and commercial aircraft programs including the F-35, F-22, F-16, F-18E/F, EA-18G, E2-D, ABL and 787, as well as the Presidential Helicopter, Unmanned Aerial Vehicles, Missiles, Launch Vehicles and Spacecraft. Selected as the instrumentation supplier for the F-35 Program and having received the Integrated Test Force Distinguished Supplier Award, TTC is an approved supplier for the U.S. Tri-Service Common Airborne Instrumentation System. The Company was also recognized by the US Small Business Administration as Vendor of the Year and is ISO 9001 and AS 9100 certified.

The Four Star Group (FSG), comprised of retired military general officers as well as business executives and investment banking professionals, analyzed TTC and its capabilities and has established a formal partnership with TTC. With access to an extensive knowledge base of defense industry expertise and business relationships, combined with equity capital and transaction expertise, FSG will enhance and expedite TTC’s growth opportunities.
