RF Networks Inc.

TTC President & CEO, Mansour Radmand, announced today that the company acquired RF Networks, Inc. Located in Phoenix, Arizona, RF Networks, Inc was established in 1993 to fulfill the need for high-speed data modems on AM or FM fiber and broadband coaxial cable systems. Since its inception, RF Networks, Inc has designed and delivered RF modems, FQPSK, SOQPSK modulators, demodulators and diversity branch selectors.

“RF Networks is a valuable and strategic acquisition. The synergies achieved by combining the engineering resources of the two companies will provide many new products that are being demanded by our customers. These products will include new Airborne, PCMCIA, PCI and ground rack-mount systems which will support our customers’ high-performance and low-cost instrumentation needs,” Mansour Radmand added.

Immediate plans are to expand the RF Networks Division by doubling its size and staff at its native, Phoenix location.
