Boeing 787 Dreamliner
Boeing Commercial Airplanes selected TTC as a primary team supplier for the Boeing 787 Smart Sensor and network-based data acquisition system. TTC supports the systems integrator with requirements analysis, specification development, architecture review and integration and network-based data source interface delivery. The data source interfaces are based on the TTC-standard MCDAU-2000 series of data acquisition units.
Northrop Grumman E2D Advanced Hawkeye
Northrop Grumman in Bethpage, NY selected TTC to develop instrumentation for the E-2D Advanced Hawkeye test aircraft, a key component of the U.S. Navy airborne early warning and battle management system. TTC provided a turn-key system including the AIM-2004 airborne instrumentation multiplexer, the HSAVDAU-2000 high-speed avionics DAU and CDAU-2016 data acquisition units.
F-35 Joint Strike Fighter
TTC is the key instrumentation and support provider for the Joint Strike Fighter (JSF) System Design and Development (SDD) project. TTC delivered COTS products, including an advanced airborne recorder, data multiplexer, data acquisition products, controller and power-control products and system engineering services.
Lockheed Martin Aeronautics Company in Marietta, GA has responsibility for the construction of the F-22 Raptor critical systems and air vehicle surfaces. TTC is supplying the instrumentation data acquisition and recording systems for the project, which are based on the AIM-2004, AIM-2006, HS-AVDAU-2006 and many MCDAU-2000 miniature CAIS data acquisition units distributed throughout the aircraft. This equipment was selected based on its small size, rugged construction and high performance.
Eclipse Aviation in Albuquerque, NM chose TTC equipment for use in the development of the Eclipse 500 personal jet. TTC provided data acquisition equipment to support FAA vehicle certification.
M-346 Jet Trainer
Alenia Aermacchi is a leader in the design and production for military pilot trainers. The M-346 is a military training aircraft for the development of piloting, navigational and other crew skills. Aermacchi selected TTC to provide flight test instrumentation systems based on MCDAU-2000 miniature data acquisition units.
Northrop Grumman Corporation (NGC) selected TTC to provide flight test instrumentation for its Fire Scout Vertical Take-Off and Landing UAV (VTUAV) vehicle, which is designed for reconnaissance and targeting missions. TTC supplied a CDAU-2016 CAIS data acquisition unit configured with video, a 1553 bus and serial data acquisition for the engineering and manufacturing development and lowrate initial production phases of the project.
Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control uses TTC miniature data acquisition units on several missile projects including the Surveilling Miniature Attack Cruise Missile (SMACM), Joint Common Missile (JCM) projects and the Javelin program.
The United Space Alliance (USA) selected TTC to develop and deliver customized versions of the CDAU-2016 CAIS data acquisition unit for the STS Return to Flight Program. TTC designed and developed the hardware, qualified it for use in a high-radiation environment, and performed product assurance tests on the final product.
Gulfstream selected TTC to provide flight test instrumentation equipment for its G450 and G550 aircrafts. TTC supplied various CDAU-20XX units with a wide variety of signal conditioning cards including Honeywell Avionics data bus monitors.
