Overview:

The BRT-553H is a MIL-STD-1553 Remote Terminal (RT) card for use in TTC’s AIC-200X series products. As an RT, the BRT-553H responds to valid commands
received from the bus controller. In addition, selected instrumentation data acquired by the host chassis is available for transmission to the bus controller. The card performs word/message validation and extensive Built In Test (BIT), the results of which is available over the 1553 bus to the bus controller, or via the host chassis RS-232
programming port.
